What payment methods do you accept?
We gladly accept the following forms of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
 
Do you sell gift cards?
Unfortunately, we do not sell gift cards at this time.
 
What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return/exchange policy. With exchanges, we offer a $5 store credit on your next purchase. Please refer to the return/exchange policy located on our home page for further information and instructions.
 
What are the shipping options?
Our shipping option is USPS.
 
When will I receive my order?
We estimate your purchase should take 7-10 business days to reach you (depending on delivery method). Please keep in mind that holidays and high volume may cause some delays. You'll be notified immediately if there are any problems with your order.
 
What do I do if I never received my order?

How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?
Orders will be processed within 24 hours. If you decide you want a different color or size please contact us at service@alphafemalearmy.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if your order is already processed, no changes can be made. 
 
How do I make sure I order the right size?
We have provided a size chart on each of our product pages. We also have an image of the model wearing the item and information on the size chart as to what size the model is wearing.
 
What do you mean by uniquely designed products?
When we say uniquely designed, we mean apparel that has been designed for women in mind. Apparel can be found everywhere, but apparel with a strong, uplifting message/graphic can't be found just anywhere, and that creates the wow factor.
