Refund / Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to quickly correct the problem. We do our best to make the process as easy and painless as possible. If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your order. All approved returns may be given as store credit, an exchange, or a refund to the original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused (no visible signs of wear), in the same condition that you received it, and returned in the original packaging. Final sale item(s) and Gift Cards are non-returnable / non-exchangeable. The returned item must be accompanied by the receipt as proof of purchase.

To initiate a return (i.e. for an exchange or refund)
Email customer service at with “Return Request” in the subject line. In the body of the email, please give a brief description of the problem you have with your item and a desired course of action (e.g. exchange, refund, store credit). Once reviewed by management and approved, our Customer Service Team with reply to your email with return instructions. If your refund or exchange is not approved, management will personally reply to the email detailing AFA’s reason for not approving the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 5-7 business days, please check your bank account and/or contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is posted to your account. If that doesn't address your concern, please contact us at; in the subject line, please put "Refund Status," with a brief description of your concern in the body of the email. Our Customer Service Team will be sure to reply ASAP with a processing update and/or status of your refund.

Your item(s) may be exchanged if it/they are defective and/or damaged from the manufacturer. If you wish to exchange your product, please initiate a return request; instructions are detailed in the preceding section titled: To initiate a return.

Sale items
All sales are final with Sale Items. Only regular priced items may be refunded/exchanged. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
